Keeping a Record

The Keeping a Record Section can either be printed off or can be copied into a folder on your home computer which you may have dedicated to your baby. This is a good place to write down appointments (use the handy calendar in this handbook), important phone numbers, your baby's weight, and medications. Be sure to save this information carefully.
